The starting point
The 360PRO team bought us in during product-development stage to get our advice on how best to bring their cutting-edge oral healthcare products to market in NZ. We did a brainstorming session around a brand name, as well as what would be an appropriate charity for 360PRO to support (we landed on the super Foster Hope who fill backpacks for foster kids).
Bringing an idea to life
Once the name was decided we worked on brand identity, creating a logo and brand guidelines including brand colours and fonts. Then we designed the manual and box packaging for the water flosser and sonic toothbrush, including all copywriting.
Taking it to the world
We built an ecommerce website using Shopify, a task that included taking photos, acting as a hand model (in Cam’s case) and writing copy. We also designed and wrote copy for all automated emails to customers. While the products were being made, we devised a launch strategy with a comprehensive PR and influencer component (you can see the excellent PR results we had HERE).
