We first met the lovely Anne-Constance when she had just bought an existing skincare brand – while she loved the products, she didn’t feel the name or the look of the range suited her ethos or the customers she was trying to attract.
We stripped everything right back and started from the beginning. We had discussions around what was important to her, the feel she wanted her brand to have, the message she wanted to send. We then came up with a new name — Sianna Skincare, a tribute to her daughter — and all new branding, including the logo and the tagline “Naturally good”. We even weighed in on the product packaging, giving the final nod to gorgeous glass containers with beautiful wooden lids, which really stood out on beauty shelves as well as clearly signalling to customers that this was a brand that cares about the world.
Then for the next few months we were heads down, working on all the essentials. We wrote the copy for the labels (double and triple-checking the ingredients lists!), designed and produced the packaging for all products, took product photos, briefed in the editorial images, and wrote the website copy and built a gorgeous e-commerce site. Finally, we helped launch the brand with social media content and a targeted PR campaign.
Since then we’ve helped with social media content, newsletter design and content, flyer design and production, window signage, shop signage, table talkers, and posters for retail.
